## What counts as a hit?

A row where we return at least a working phone or an email for the owner. Phone and email together still count as one credit, never two. Not every owner has an email on record; when there isn't one, the phone alone is your hit. Phones are almost always mobiles, though a small share of hits come back landline-only, often with an email alongside. Rows we can't enrich cost nothing.

## What kinds of lists work?

Any lead list: real estate and property records, UCC filings, Google Maps scrapes, aged opt-in data, CRM exports, trigger files. If each row points at a business or the person behind one, we can work it.

## What does my file need?

In most cases, full name + address or email + location is all we need. We handle the rest. On aged data, a name plus an old phone or email helps us re-verify. CSVs up to 10MB, and columns auto-map on upload with no template required.

## How accurate is the data?

Two different numbers, and we keep them honest: a typical list matches about 60% of its rows. That's your hit rate, and those are the only rows you pay for. On the rows that hit, about 90% of the mobiles ring the actual owner, and emails are near-perfect when one exists on record.

## How fast do results come back?

Within the hour for most lists, and you don't wait around. Upload, close the tab, and we notify you by email or text the moment it's ready. Credits are held while a job runs and only spent on matches.

## How does pricing work?

Flat 15¢ per enriched row, bought as credits. One credit covers the whole row, phone and email included, where some providers charge for email separately. No subscription, no seats, no minimums, and credits never expire. Running 50k+ credits a month? Book a call and we'll beat the list rate.
